Article 1: Creation:
In accordance with Law V 04-038/AN RVI of August 5, 2004, governing associations in the Republic of Mali, a non-political, non-profit association is hereby established, named: <> (abbreviated as O.S.D.) Article 2: Objective It was created with the aim of contributing to the promotion of Solidarity and Sustainable Development in Mali.
- Specific objectives: to promote a culture of peace and consolidate peaceful coexistence in Mali; to promote science and culture through training, learning, and social services; to help Malian citizens become aware of the value of their cultural heritage and encourage them to safeguard it; to protect human and environmental rights; to combat all forms of extremism, obscurantism, and ostracism; and to carry out, support, or participate in any initiative.

Article 3: The registered office is located in Kanadjiguila, Kati district. Article 4: The association is composed of: - Honorary members; - Founding members; - Members of the executive committee; and - Elders; - Supporters
